Seafood Salad
| 2 lbs. cooked crawfish tails, shrimp or crab meat | 1/2 tsp pepper |
| 1/2 cup French dressing | 1 tsp hot sauce |
| 1 1/2 Tbsp finely grated onion | 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 cup finely grated bell pepper | 1 cup mayonnaise |
| 1/2 cup finely grated celery | 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped |
| 1 tsp salt | |

In
large bowl, combine all ingredients except mayonnaise and eggs. Mix well and
refrigerate 30 minutes. Fold in mayonnaise and eggs. |
