Blackberry Dumplings
| 4 cups blackberries |
1/4 cup sugar |
| 1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
| 1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup milk |
| 1-1/4 cups biscuit mix |

Cook blackberries
in a large pan with 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup water until mixture boils.
Meanwhile, separately mix the biscuit mix, 1/4 cup sugar, egg and milk in a
bowl. When blackberries are boiling, drop the biscuit mix into
blackberries by tablespoon. Cover and continue heating for about 5-8
minutes. |
